Boing Boing posted this page from a creationist textbook. As a parent, it is horrifying to think that anyone would do this to their children. The 21st century is being, and will continue to be, defined by science. Children raised on fantasies like this will have no significant role to play in the world as it is unfolding. They will, no doubt, benefiet immensely from it but will be unable to contribute to it.
